Meet the team

  • Nicola

    Health & Wellbeing Manager

I have been helping smokers across Leeds to quit and lead healthier lives since 2005 and Iove seeing the positive changes this makes to their lives. I’m a busy mum of two young boys and a Labrador. We love family walks, camping trips and days out. I also enjoy being active and escaping the chaos of family life by going for a run in the countryside!

  • Steph

    Health & Wellbeing Coach Manager

I originally came from a sports background competing for England Athletics in the 1500m but over the past ten years I have dedicated my time to supporting people with their health and wellbeing. In my downtime I really enjoy long muddy walks in the countryside with my two dogs, Ralph and Fred, followed by curling up on the sofa with a cup of tea and watching a good series on Netflix.

  • Ellie Buck

    Health & Wellbeing Coach Manager

I am a keen advocate for health and wellbeing, I love to support individuals in achieving their goals. I’m passionate about the financial, emotional and physical benefits gained from making the decision to quit smoking. Outside of work you’ll find me watching classic Coronation Street with my French Bulldog Rocky. In addition, I like to keep active by getting involved with all things circus and aerial arts related including disciplines such as lyra hoop and lollipop!

  • Arshad

    Health and Wellbeing Coach

From a young age, I have always had an interest in health and wellbeing. With a background in personal training this role is something I love – encouraging people to make positive lifestyle changes and improving their lives overall. I find cooking relaxes me and, in my downtime, I really enjoy watching boxing and MMA.

  • Lauren

    Health & Wellbeing Coach

I have been interested in all things health-related for as long as I can remember and I’m a big believer of the idea that small positive changes can have a significant long-term impact. In my spare time I like to keep active, so you'll find me spending time with family, in the garden, practicing yoga or in the countryside discovering new places. I'm also a volunteer cooking mentor.

  • Lucy

    Health & Wellbeing Coach

I love working as a Health and Wellbeing Coach as I’m completely committed to helping people lead happier and healthier lives! My passion began at the age of three when I started dancing and realised how exercise can transform our minds and bodies for the better. When I’m not at work you will find me in a dance class, in the gym or walking come rain or shine, otherwise I’m curled up with my family and cat, Pedro.

  • Lexington Dube

    Health and Wellbeing Coach

I am a keen advocate for health in wellbeing. In my previous roles I have worked with refuges and people with challenging behaviours and disabilities. Coming from a teaching background, I find it very rewarding to be able to contribute my professional expertise towards changing people’s lives for the better. Now working as a Health and Wellbeing coach, I find it more rewarding as it improves people’s health and wellbeing to help them lead a better quality of life. I like going for walks with family at my spare time, reading more around the subject of environmental management and watching the news.
